TASaturday #23 – Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (GameBoy Advance)

For the TASaturday #23, we picked up an entry from the famous Castlevania series. The game is Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, which came out on the GameBoy Advance. Of course, we didn’t pick up a “regular” TAS of the game, but rather an “all souls” run. Players who have played the game most likely haven’t forgotten about those infamous drops, which is why they should definitely watch this TAS.

In this one, the TASer not only complete the game as fast as possible, he also do it while catching all the souls and on hard difficulty… a rather impressive feat! This one of the Tool Assisted Speedruns which become significantly more enjoyable and impressive if you did play the original game.

Without further ado, here’s the Tool Assisted Speedrun of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, by Kriole:

And since there was no TASaturday lat week, due to unforeseen consequences circumstances, we’re showcasing a second TAS this week. And the game we picked up is… Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, which is a direct sequel to Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. And of course, it’s another “all souls” run!

Here’s the TAS of Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, also by Kriole:

We hope you enjoyed this TASaturday #23. See you next week!
