Riot Forge: The Mageseeker announced for Nintendo Switch; updates on CONVERGENCE and Song of Nunu

Riot Forge is a label created by Riot Games in order to publish games based on the popular League of Legends series, and today, they announced one more game: Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story. It’s a gritty 2D action RPG developed by Digital Sun, the creators of Moonlighter. It will launch this Spring worldwide.

Here’s some details about this game:

Developed by Digital Sun, creators of Moonlighter, The Mageseeker is a 2D pixel, gritty action RPG set in Demacia, a mighty kingdom in the world of Runeterra that seeks to curtail what it deems as forbidden magic while wielding magic themselves to maintain order. Play as Sylas, an escaped mage whose quest for vengeance will shatter Demacia’s deceptive peace – a peace built with the blood and sweat of mages. The Mageseeker provides an action-packed fantasy gameplay experience for those looking to experience a story of power, identity, and justice.

Riot Forge also gave an update on two previously announced titles:

  • CONVERGENCE: A League of Legends Story, a 2D action platformer developed by Double Stallion Games, will be released this Summer worldwide.
  • Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story, an adventure game developed by Tequila Works, will be released this Fall worldwide.

Here’s a video showcasing all three games:
