The latest Wild Area event for Pokémon Sword and Shield is now live. It runs until March 25th, and it features the following:
- Gigantamax Machamp and Gigantamax Gengar in Max Raid Battles more frequently
- Gigantamax Snorlax returning to Max Raid Battles

Pokémon GO
Niantic have announced that the Safari Zone event in St. Louis has been postponed, due to the Coronavirus outbreak. It’s not clear when the event will take place, but it has been confirmed that players who bougt a ticket will be able to:
- keep it if they’re planning to attend the rescheduled event
- get a refund by March 25th
Early April, Niantic will announce whether the next Safari Zone events, in Liverpool and Philadelphia, will also be postponed or not.

2020 Pokémon Europe International Championships
The Pokémon Company have announced that the 2020 Pokémon Europe International Championships have been cancelled, due to ongoing concerns regarding the Coronavirus. Right now, it’s not clear whether other upcoming events will be cancelled, but The Pokémon Company will keep players up to date via the usual channels (website, social media).
