Pokémon GO
Yesterday, a new event for Pokémon GO went live: the Adventure Sync Hatchathon. It runs from January 2nd to January 15th, and allows players to get various bonuses for hatching Eggs during that period. Also, they’re more likely to get 5km and 10km Eggs from PokéStops and Gyms, how convenient!
Here’s the list of bonuses:
- 2× Hatch Candy
- 2× Hatch Stardust
- Higher chance of receiving 5 km and 10 km Eggs from PokéStops and Gyms
Alongside this event, some new boxes have been added to the in-game Store:
- Special Box (480 Coins): Incubator x3, Lucky Egg x2, Premium Raid Pass x2
- Great Box (780 Coins): Super Incubator x5, Lucky Egg x3, Premium Raid Pass x3, Star Piece x3
- Ultra Box (1480 Coins): Incubator x6, Super Incubator x10, Premium Raid Pass x8, Lure Module x8
But that’s not all: some new Raid Boss are now live in Raid Battles! And finally, Spinda Form #5 is now available via Field Research.

Pokémon Duel
Pre-registration for the latest Team Match event is now live, until January 4th. The event itself runs from January 4th to January 7th (with rewards redeemable until January 10th).
This time, you have to choose between one of the following teams:
- Mew
- Mega Mewtwo X
- Mega Mewtwo Y
The rewards you can get include a special Time Booster (Sparkle), which can contain a Shiny Vaporeon.
Also, special bundles are now available for purchase, and include Shiny Charizard, Shiny Mega Charizard X, and Shiny Charizard Y.
