Back in September, Niantic announced that Pokémon GO would get a special version for the Apple Watch. Unfortunately, we have heard absolutely nothing about it since the Apple keynote where it was announced. No wonder then that, last week, rumours began to surface about the cancellation of this smart watch version of the hit mobile game.
And those rumours didn’t go unnoticed at Niantic, as shortly after, the company announced via Twitter that Pokémon GO for Apple was “coming soon”. Unfortunately, we still have no idea when it’s releasing…

Pokémon Sun and Moon
Today, the BIU (Bundesverband Interaktive Unterhaltungssoftware, German equivalent of the ESA) revealed the winners of its BIU Sales Awards. Pokémon Sun and Moon each received an award for November: the one for over 200 000 units sold on a single platform. In other words, they sold over 400 000 units combined in November, in Germany. A pretty solid result!

Pokémon Shuffle Mobile
Today, Pokémon Shuffle Mobile received a Software update. It brings the game to Ver. 1.9, with the following changes/additions/fixes:
- you can now purchase sets of 4 and 8 jewels. However, you can only do so once;
- adjustments were made for the UI;
- bugs were fixed.
You need to download this update in order to keep using the online features of the game (check-in, competitions, etc.).
