Pokémon Sun and Moon – Mega Stones distribution

It’s time for the latest Mega Stone distribution for Pokémon Sun and Moon! Unfortunately, this one is only for players who took part in the recent Weakness Cup Battle Competition, and took part in at least 3 battles. It allows them to get the Latiosite, Latiasite, Altarianite, and Ampharosite via a Serial Code, obtainable from the Pokémon Global Link.

If you took part in this Battle Competition, you can claim your prize by first login-in to the Pokémon Global Link and clicking here! Just make sure you do it before September 29th, though!

If you didn’t take part in this Battle Competition, no need to go grab your torch and pitchfork: the Mega Stones will be distributed to all players later this year, as usual.

The list of Serial Codes for Pokémon Sun and Moon has been updated!

Pokémon Sun and Moon – Global Mission

Today, the latest Global Mission for Pokémon Sun and Moon ended. This one was called “Try Your Luck”, and had you play and win at the lottery in the Festival Plaza and at the tourist bureau. Players had to collectively play and win at the lottery 1 000 times between July 25th and August 7th, and they ended up winning 30 256 times!

Here’s the various rewards you can now claim:

Goal Reached:

  • PGL members earn 4,000 FC
  • Non-PGL members earn 2,000 FC

Individual Contributor (1 Loto):

  • PGL members earn 5 Rare Candies and a Fast Ball

As usual, the Individual Contributor rewards (5 Rare Candies and the Fast Ball) will be distributed via a Serial Code on the Pokémon Global Link soon.

Also, it’s been announced that this Global Mission would be the very last one… a surprisingly early end for them, given Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will not release until another 3 months!

Pokémon GO

Heads up for Pokémon GO players: Zapdos has started to appear in Raid Battle all over the world. You only have one week to catch it, so try to go to a Raid Battle as soon as possible if you want to get it!

Speaking of Pokémon GO, a glitch is currently impacting Raid Battle. Here’s the details:

Last Premier Ball fails to capture the Raid Boss

We are actively working to resolve an issue where the Raid Boss always breaks free from the last Premier Ball available. To counteract the effects of this issue, Pokémon GO will temporarily grant an extra Premier Ball in the Bonus Challenge.

Hopefully, this particular glitch is fixed soon!
