Pokémon news (August 14th) – Pokémon Shuffle: new stages and events

Pokémon Shuffle

Today, a new update for Pokémon Shuffle went live (Ver. 1.2.12). It gives access to:

– new stages: 10 regular stages, 3 expert stages;
– re-run of the Rotom stages. Until August 29th, you can capture a different form on each day;
– new Escalation Battle, featuring Darkrai (available until August 31st, 6AM UTC). Every time you beat it, the difficulty increases, but so do your chances of catching Darkrai and the value of the rewards you get:

1) Level 5: XP Point x1.5
2) Level 10: Disruption Delay
3) Level 30: Mega Start
4) Level 50: Mega Speedup

Finally, now that the Mega Garchomp event is over, rewards are being sent out to players (you first need to download the latest patch). Here’s what you will get, depending on your rank:

– Top 3 000 players in Europe / Top 5 000 players in North America / Top 15 000 players in Japan = a Garchompite + a Mega Speed-Up;
– Top 12 000 players in Europe / Top 18 000 players in North America / Top 50 000 players in Japan = Garchompite;
– Top 16 000 players in Europe / Top 26 000 players in North America / Top 70 000 players in Japan = Attack Power Up;
– Not ranked = a Jewel.

You have until August 24th (6AM UTC) to get your reward.
