Megami Meguri: more details on cooking, screenshots, goodies

Last week, Capcom shared some details about Megami Meguri, with a focus on dishes: click here if you haven’t already, as this week’s batch of details is all about cooking. To be more precise, it’s about the ingredients, which are required for you to able to cook anything at all. And the way to get them is pretty… unique, and dicey.

As mentioned previously, feeding Tsukumo some delicious dishes increases her stats. To cook those dishes, you need ingredients, with certain recipes requiring more than others. Naturally, each dish has its own recipe (requiring specifing ingredients), and their own effects. Therefore, you have to cook specific dishes if you want to increase a specific stat.

To get ingredients, you need to stop on specific spots on the board. When you do, a roulette with all the available ingredients for that area starts spinning, and you have to make it stop on the ones you want. In other words, getting ingredients involves luck, and no doubt some of them (the best ones) will be really hard to get.

That are several “types” of ingredients you can get:

  • “standalone” ingredients
  • sets of ingredients
  • local ingredients, which are used to cook local dishes

Once you have all the ingredients you need, you can start cooking. Naturally, the more ingredients, the more dishes you can cook, so make sure to make that roulette spin often!

Here’s the latest batch of screenshots for Megami Meguri:

Finally, here’s some goodies releasing on December 8th (some stickers, some badges, and some keychains):
