Mario Hanafuda
Back in June, Nintendo held a Mario Hanafuda workshop at the NicoNico HQ. It was the occasion for fans to learn how to play this traditional card game, under the guidance of Nintendo employees and some special guests. And it turns out there’s going to be another workshop tomorrow (September 24th): click here for more details!
Monster Hunter Stories
In order to promote Monster Hunter Stories, Capcom is going to release a mobile game this Winter. Called Otomon Drop: Monster Hunter Stories, it looks like yet another Puzzle & Dragons clone, but with a Monster Hunter flavour. Pre-registration started today, and depending on the number of people who do register, various in-game goodies will be distributed.
Here’s the promotion video and some screenshots for Android and iOS:

Unfortunately, we don’t know if Capcom is planning to release this game in English or not (highly unlikely, especially without a localisation of Monster Hunter Stories itself).
