Indie news (March 9) – Snake Pass: trailer / The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth
Today’s Indie news: new trailer for Snake Pass, but also…
- The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth
- Booty Diver
Snake Pass
This week-end, Snake Pass is playable at PAX East 2017 (March 10th to March 12th), and on all platforms to boot. There’s also going to be some speedrun competitions, where visitors will be able to win t-shirts and some goodies. Make sure to head to stand B12108!
Also, Sumo Digital share a brand new trailer for the game today, showcasing the AIR realm (which is the 4th and final region of Haven Tor). As you can imagine, and see for yourself in the trailer, this area is pretty treacherous, and you will need to use all the tricks in the book in order to clear it.
Here’s the trailer:
Snake Pass (Switch – eShop) will be released on March 29th in Europe and North America. The price will be $19.99/€19.99/£15.99.
The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth
The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth was originally supposed to be available at launch on the Nintendo Switch, but its release had to be delayed to later this month. Yesterday, Nicalis finally revealed the release date for the game: March 17th… in North America. Unfortunately, it’s not clear when Europe will get the game (most likely the same week), or if there will also be a retail release in that region.

Booty Diver
Booty Diver is a game we haven’t heard about in a while, and that was almost cancelled on Wii U, but here’s some good news: development is finally over, and in fact, the game has already passed lotcheck at Nintendo. All we need now is a release date, we should come pretty soon!
