Major Fixes
- Fixed empty chests. Loot chests will now re-spawn once if looted before to fix the error. If you already opened them you will have the chance to open them again once.
- Fixed character passing out while already starting to sleep which lead to losing progress
- Fixed item tooltips not showing up when using controller.
- Fixed map points not being navigable on Switch
- Fixed Manoir not opening
- Fixed Summerfest ending when going into the houses in town
- Fixed Mountain Battery quest soft locking when doing steps before being told to do them
- Fixed camera staying at original water surface height when water level is lowering, making navigating the mine almost impossible
- Fixed stack splitting not working on secondary monitors
- Fixed stack splitting UI going out of screen on 4K monitors
- Fixed the possibility to have two pass outs on top of each other leading to a progress reset
- Fixed Rudal not appearing at Summerfest
- Fixed Melon race getting stuck after winning

Major Changes
- Removed / Disabled fatigue
- Added more nettles to garden map (swamp entry and ledge near fairy forest entry)
- Library is now unlocked from the start
- Currently held item now shows info in HUD where input help is
- Onions now grow in Summer and Autumn too and seeds can be bought during this time too.
- Grater no longer needs key press to grate
- Increased MagiBuy Price Modifier 25% -> 50%
- Increased Community Box Price Modifier 100% – 200% -> 150% -> 300%
- Sleep now restores 5 health
- Brambles now only do 1 damage
- Animal houses for Snail, Frog and Dog now unlock at earlier friendship levels with Lily
- Added tooltips to Whisk, Grater and Frying Pan mini games
- Compost now works longer and improves soil quality more
- Giving a gift that is hated now only reduces by -1 instead of -10
- Cauldron heat now changes differently leading to less clicking
- Added cabbage seeds to Aurel’ shop
Minor Changes
- New plant radius colors
- Moved tutorial popup closer to center
- Loading screen now fades smoothly in and out
- Save games now show in-game date once they have been re-saved
- Reduced sell price of Rose Perfume
- Mint and Lavender leaves are now respawn harvests
- Tomato, Apple, Carrot, Orange, Strawberry and Cucumber now restore 1 health.
- Decreased tool prices at Tin and Aurel
- Chickens now eats Oats
- Made chicken food recipe produce more (5 -> 10)
- Aurel now loves all yarn balls
- Added more food options for animals
- Updated companion plant and stamina tutorials
- Since Fatigue is gone the achievement “Enforced Nap” now gets unlocked by health becoming 0
- Adjusted vendor pricing
- Rebalanced health regen so food regenerating health makes sense
- Rebalanced food effects
- Improved wallpaper and floor item icons
- Improved workbench ui to have longer ingredient list so it doesn’t overflow
- Added first oven unlock to pine pitch
- Added leveling up progress bar
- Rebalanced extra drops based on cooking and mining level
- Made it so that player stats page fits without scrolling
- Made chamomile leaf a respawn pick
- Moved sprinkles unlock from sugar to rice flour
- Reduced sold tomato seed count to 1

How to download updates for Garden Witch Life for the Nintendo Switch?
To download the updates for Garden Witch Life, you have three options:
- let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off
If not…
- try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;
OR
- select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.
To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
