Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with the editor where saving progress was no longer possible, which was caused by the unintended triggering of an autosave feature.
  • Fixed an issue which prevented the room selection from being opened while having a gimmick selected.
  • Fixed an issue where weather effects were not being loaded directly after loading a save file.
  • Fixed an issue where the UI display of Boss/Mission-objective health bars were not being displayed correctly after loading a save file.
  • Fixed the progress bar of some gimmicks not progressing in some cases.
  • Fixed an issue where the thorn spell did not apply its effect properly and thus no damage was dealt.
  • Fixed an issue where the wrong visuals were being displayed when destroying the western city train gate object.
  • [Not Another Multiverse] Fixed an issue with the UI display of the maximum faction research levels within the Not Another Multiverse DLC.
  • [Not Another Multiverse] The priestess holy shield research display within the Not Another Multiverse DLC now displays the correct cooldown value.
  • [Not Another Multiverse] Fixed the unit abilities/status icons of hero units within the Not Another Multiverse DLC being displayed above the unit icon before having been researched.

Other

  • Adjusted the water visuals.
  • Adjusted the visuals of the ghost Wood Warden variant resulting in better visuals on snow.

How to download updates for Dungeons 4 – Nintendo Switch Edition on Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Dungeons 4 – Nintendo Switch Edition, you have three options:

  • let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

  • try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

  • select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
