Dai Gyakuten Saiban: official countdown – Day 7 (Final Day)

On Thursday, Capcom launched an official countdown campaign for Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Bouken. Of course, it’s not a simple clock ticking down until the game’s release, it’s something much more elaborate and amusing called “Naruhodou Ryuunosuke’s Crime-Filled Week”.

Dai Gyakuten Saiban countdown

Every day until the game’s release, Capcom will upload a special video in which Naruhodou Ryuunosuke is on trial for a crime he’s (supposedly) guilty of. Then, fans will have to go on the official website in order to vote: is he Guilty, or Innocent? Apparently, a simple vote is only worth 1 point… but if you do cast one via Twitter, it counts for 100! If there’s enough points at the end of the voting period (500 000 for the final vote), the “Objection” clip for a character will be uploaded.

Verdict for Day 6

This morning, Capcom revealed the results of the sixth vote, and fans decided that the Naruhodou family was not to be found guilty of getting put on trial a tad too often. The results were: 181 593 points for Guilty, and 247 679 points for Not Guilty. Unfortunately, not enough people voted, so Capcom didn’t upload the voice clip for Barok Van Zieks (his “Objection!”).

Day 7 (Final Fay)

For Day 7, which is the final day of the Naruhodou Ryuunosuke’s Crime-Filled Week, Capcom uploaded a special video. In this one, Naruhodou Ryuunosuke, Kazuma Asougi and Mikotoba Susato all take the bench together, in order to face the terrible Prosecutor Barok van Zieks!
