BitSummit is an event entirely dedicated to indie games, with the 4th edition taking place on July 9th-10th in Kyoto. For the first time, Nintendo is actually sponsoring the event, which is a pretty big deal for the company (who isn’t very open to indie in Japan, unlike in Europe and North America).

Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap

Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap is a “modern version of cult classic Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap”, developed in “close collaboration between Lizardcube, DotEmu and legendary series creator Ryuichi Nishizawa”. We previously didn’t know for which platforms it would be released (other than PC / Consoles), but now, we know the game is also coming to Wii U down the line!
