Battle Suit Aces – Ver. 1.5
- Release date: TBA
- Patch notes:
New Roguelite Mode
A massive roguelite mode, with new ships, cards, lore, and even daily challenges.
Daily Runs
Oh, and there’s a new Daily Challenge you can compete on! You start with a set of pilots, drones, and mods on a selected ship and take it from there. You’ll be trying some combos that are way out of your confort zone. We’ll be watching the leaderboards!
Tons of bug fixes and polish
The list of fixes is enormous and includes some broken mod/card interactions, passives that just didn’t work, and misconfigured cards that would always go to the Trash pile when discarded. Oops!
The biggest upgrade is in battle: a huge number of enemy and player card projectile VFX have been leveled up! Here are some of my favorite new monster attacks.

Battle Suit Aces – Ver. ???
- Release date: ???
- Patch notes:
A new coat of paint
When you next wander the cheery halls of the Zephyr, you may notice some glow ups.
Swing by the Faction Dossier to take a peek at the Typhoons’ Battle Suits. Wangwei, Lanying, Gan, Kuan, and Fu are even more prepared to stylishly take from the rich.
Over in the Hangar, you might not recognize your favorite Command Cards. They all gained some sparkle and echo their referenced characters.
And finally, on the Bridge, the map received an update from the Union cartographers. The nebulas are a feast for your eyes.
Notable Fixes
- Trying to move a card while your team’s turn starts will no longer cause attacks to trigger.
- Deploy and Move ability triggers no longer fail to trigger after an ally is Ejected.

Deck Management
This was by far the biggest complaint about Battle Suit Aces: your ever-growing roster of pilots and their mechs made it hard to craft the perfect strike team of pilots, drones, and command cards. Starting today, you now get to choose which cards in each category join you in battle. You can bring 10 pilots, 10 drones, and 5 command cards. Now, you’ll be able to pull off tighter card combos while being a bit more careful about which cards to use to tank inbound damage.

Battle Suit Aces – Ver. ???
- Release date: ???
- Patch notes:
- You can now change your playthrough’s Difficulty after starting it. Please note that the easiest difficulty you’ve played on is what’s used for end-of-game achievement unlocks.
- Grant game-completion unlocks for lower difficulties than the one you beat it on. These will be re-evaluated upon opening the game for players who already beat it.
- Fixed a a Bounty issue that resulted in the same Faction always being the first/easier option until players meet a third Faction.
- Dialogue Skip will now speed up or jump past more cutscene segments, like establishing shots and fades.
- Hold Dialogue Skip’s button down to zoom through all dialogue. It will stop when there’s a choice to make.
- Drafting’s Redraw and Skip buttons now have hotkeys.

Battle Suit Aces – Ver. ???
- Release date: ???
- Patch notes:
- Prevented “Redraw” button from appearing in cases where drafting a card is required as part of a narrative beat. Fixed softlock if “Redraw” was pressed in these situations.

- Fixed double outro dialogue in Comets’ “Burnout Star” starball mission when winning by eliminating all cards instead of targeting the goal.
