- Profile: you can now register various details such as birth year, region, and favourite song characteristics. If you register them, they will determine the contents displayed in the ‘Recommended songs’ section.
- You can register and check your details in [My Room] → [Profile]
- Favourite songs list: you can now create multiple lists. You can view them in [Favourite songs list] in [My Room] and in the [Recommended songs] section.
- Bulk booking: you can now book up to 100 songs among those registered in your [Favourite songs list]
- Adjusted controls and screens structure to make various features easier to use.

To download the updates for Karaoke Joysound for Nintendo Switch on Nintendo Switch, you have three options:
- let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off
