Today, Marvelous announced that Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns would be getting a 4th update on Wednesday. This one will add at least one new type of animal, teased in the picture below. More details about the update will be available when the update is live!

RPG Maker Fes was released on November 24th in Japan, and yesterday, Famitsu released a guidebook for it. It teaches you useful techniques in order to create a basic game, so you can learn the ropes and then move on to creating something more complex. It also features a list of all items, materials, map elements, and more.
