Project X Zone 2: demo to be released next week in Japan, TV Commercial

Project X Zone 2Today, Bandai-Namco announced that the demo version for Project X Zone 2: Brave New World (announced at TGS) would be released next week in Japan, on October 9th (basically, a month before release). It will allow players to get a taste of the game, and discover some of the new characters, worlds and gameplay systems.

Good news: if you manage to beat the demo, you will be able to save. Then, once you have the full game, you can transfer your data to the full game in order to get some nice goodies. What’s more, there’s a twist: you can get more and more goodies if you keep on beating the demo, but every time you do so, the difficulty increases.

That being, you will need to keep in mind that the demo can only be used 30 times in total. Even if you want to get more items, you will not be able to launch the demo if you’ve used all your tries. But you don’t need to worry: even if you use them all, you will still be able to transfer your save data and get your demo completion bonuses in the full version.

Here’s the rewards you can get:

  • First time: Kageuchi * Shin Sekai
  • Second time time: all previous rewards + special commemorative badge
  • Third time: all previous rewards + special wooden sword
  • Fourth time: all previous rewards + 1000 GOLD
  • Fifth time: all previous rewards + 1000 GOLD
  • Sixth time: all previous rewards + 1000 GOLD
  • Seventh time: all previous rewards + 1000 GOLD
  • Eighth time: all previous rewards + 30CP
  • Ninth time: all previous rewards + 30CP
  • Tenth time: all previous rewards + 30CP
