Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon

Yesterday, The Pokémon Company shared some details about a returning feature: Global Missions. The first mission will take place from launch to November 28th, and will task players with capturing 10 million Pokémon. If the missions is a success, then all players will get 2 000 Festival Coins. If not, players will only get 1 000 Festival Coins.

As usual, the rewards are doubled if you have linked your copy of the game to the Pokémon Global Link, but a PGL account is not required to take part in the Global Mission.

Pokémon Global Link

Interested in a free Master Ball for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon? Then make sure you sign up to the Pokémon Global Link before January 30th (if you haven’t already). If you do so, you will receive a Serial Code, that can be redeemed for a Master Ball.

Speaking of the Pokémon Global Link, don’t forget that it will go down for maintenance in a few hours (9AM JST / 1AM CET / 12AM GMT / 7PM ET / 4PM PT), making features such as Game Sync, friendly competitions, Rating Battle, and more unavailable in Pokémon Sun and Moon. However, online features not relying on the Pokémon Global Link will remain available, as usual. Maintenance will end sometime next week.
