Yoshi’s Woolly World: short video for the amiibo patterns

Earlier this month, we learned from the Australian packaging that not just the Yoshi amiibo could be used in Yoshi’s Woolly World. With the regular amiibo (Link, Mario, Donkey Kong, etc.), you will be able to unlock special patterns for Yoshi.

Today, Nintendo uploaded another short video for Yoshi’s Woolly World, which showcases those special designs. From the looks of it, a lot of amiibo are compatible with the game, though we do not have the complete list just yet (we know that over 40 of them are supported).

Yoshi’s Woolly World (Wii U) comes out on June 26th in Europe, and later this year in Japan and North America.
