Yo-kai Sangokushi will have multiplayer, first trailer

Yo-kai Sangokushi is the title of the latest Yo-kai Watch spin-off. It’s a collaboration with the Romance of the Three Kingdoms series by Koei-Tecmo, which means it’s a strategy game. Last month, Level-5 finally revealed proper details and some screenshots for the game: you will find all that in this post!

And today, we finally have the very first trailer for the game, which is (unfortunately) pretty short. That being said, it does show some gameplay along with some cutscenes (including the one where Jibanyan, USApyon and Komasan get sucked in the mysterious book they find in Keita’s school library).

The trailer also shows the Soultimate attacks, duo attacks, and even boss battles. But more importantly, it reveals that the game will have multiplayer. It will be playable with up to players via local wireless and online.

Yo-kai Sangokushi (3DS) comes out on April 2nd in Japan.
