UK: video games sales for Week 44, 2015 (ending October 31st)

Week 44 wasn’t very soft with Nintendo games in the United Kingdom, as they all experienced a significant drop compared to Week 43. Super Mario Maker went straight from #17 to #26, but the game is still holding in the Top 40 more than month since its release (what’s more, it’s still the best-selling title on Wii U). Will the release of the Ver. 1.2.0 update reignite the interest of players in the game? We should see that in the next two weeks!

Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer also dropped sharply, and went from #19 to #30. It’s back as the best-selling title on Nintendo 3DS, as The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes had a pretty poor second week: it dropped to #33, losing 22 places in a single week. Finally, Mario Kart 8 is still holding in the Top 40: it’s #34 this week.
