Nihon Falcom have announced that The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak will launch on February 15th in Japan. Unlike the ports of previous games in the series (which were handled by Nippon Ichi Software), they will publish the game themselves in that region (which implies they ported it in-house instead of relying to an external developer).
This version of the game is based on the PlayStation 5 version, which means it includes the High Speed Mode (Turbo Mode) and the Archives feature, along with various features and controls optimised for the Nintendo Switch. And of course, there’s a wealth of DLC included: 33 pieces in total!
In Japan, the game will cost 5 400 Yen (retail and digital). As pre-order bonus at retail, Nihon Falcom is offering a music album: Best Sound Collection -KURO NO KISEKI-, which includes popular tracks from the Trails through Daybreak arrange album. And for those looking to buy the game digitally, there will be a 10% off discount until launch day.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak (Switch) comes out on February 15th in Japan. No release date for North America and Europe yet, but the game is slated for a Summer 2024 release in those regions.
