Back in September, Image & Form announced of a YouTube series for SteamWorld Heist and the SteamWorld series as a whole, which was launched on September 10th. The team promised “Q & As, interviews with staff, let’s plays, discussions, contests, announcements, fun randomness and other SteamWorld related content with the community in focus”.

It’s next week that European and North American players will be able to play the long-awaited SteamWorld Heist, the latest entry in the SteamWorld series. To prepare for this launch, Image & Form uploaded the 5th episode of The Engine Room tyesterday. In this one, the developers try out the Nintendo 3DS version version of the gameplay, in order to showcase and explain the gameplay basics.

SteamWorld Heist will come out next week on Nintendo 3DS, but do you have enough space on your SD Card? The game will take only 180MB / roughly 1 400 blocks, so you shouldn’t have to make space in order to download the game.

SteamWorld HeistFinally, Image & Form reveals that the original soundtrack, by Steam Powered Giraffe, will be available on the same day as the game (December 10th). You can order a physical copy at their website, too!

SteamWorld Heist (3DS eShop) comes out on December 10th in Europe and North America, and next year in Japan. The Wii U version will follow sometime next year.
