Splatoon: New 3DS cover plates coming out on June 26th in Europe; Minecraft re-creation

During the Splatoon Direct, last month, Nintendo revealed a new set of cover plates for the New Nintendo 3DS. Those Splatoon cover plates were released on the same day as the game in Japan (on May 28th), but they’re not yet available in Europe.

That being said, the coolest European kids squids will soon be able to get those Splatoon cover plates for their New Nintendo 3DS, as they will be released on June 26th in Europe! Unfortunately, since the New Nintendo 3DS hasn’t been released in North America, your only option is import if you happen to live outside Japan and Europe…

And while we’re talking about Splatoon, here’s a very cool video of… Minecraft. A fan has managed to recreate the actual game (with the paint and everything) within Minecraft, and the end result is actually rather neat.
