[Splatoon] Last Splatfest: in-store promo material, Miiverse drawings, Squid Sisters café
Last week, the last Splatfest will take place worldwide, and will pit the two Squid Sisters against each other. Are you Team Callie, or Team Marie? If you’re not quite sure who you’re going to fight for (it’s ok if you simply cannot chose between the two, we know that feeling!), you still have a couple of days to make up your mind.
In the mean time, here’s some Splatfest-related content straight from Japan!
In-store promotional material
As mentioned previously, various stores in Japan have put up special decorations for this last Splatfest. Some stores support Callie, while other support Marie, and you can get postcards of your favorite Squid Sister at each store. There’s also dedicated spaces where fans can leave messages and drawings.

Miiverse drawings
To celebrate this last Splatfest, Nintendo launched a drawing event on Miiverse. Here’s some of the drawings Nintendo chose to showcase on its Topics blog:
Squid Sisters Café
From July 9th to July 28th, a Squid Sisters Café opened at the NicoNico Headquarters. There, fans can order a Callie or Marie with their dish, as part of the NicoNico Special Set Menu. When doing so, fans receive some Splatoon coasters or Lunch mats!
