RPG Maker Fes finally gets a trailer
RPG Maker is a popular software allowing users to easily create their very own RPG. It’s finally getting a Nintendo 3DS version later this month in Japan, called RPG Maker Fes. Today, with two weeks left until release, Kadokawa has finally shared a trailer for the game.
This trailer showcases 8 key points about RPG Maker Fes:
- you can easily pick up elements to create the various areas of the world
- you can create the world map of your game
- you can create your very own character. The game lets you change their appearance, but also set up their stats, various variables, etc.)
- you can add various effects to attacks during battles, to make them all shiny;
- you can create various events;
- you can use a menu with variables to edit
- you can upload your levels to the internet, in order to share them with other players (there will also be some contests, it seems!)
- RPG Maker Fes Player, a free app releasing on November 16th in Japan, that allows players to download and play games created by other players (click here for more details about it, including a partial list of sample games available at launch).
