PoPoLoCrois Bokujo Monogatari: first trailer

Yesterday, during the Japanese Nintendo Direct, Marvelous showed the very first trailer for PoPoLoCrois Bokujo Monogatari. For those who don’t know: it’s a JRPG from the PoPoLoCrois (making its first appearance ever on a Nintendo console), with some elements from the Harvest Moon / Story of Seasons series mixed in.

The trailer below show us some the animated cutscenes, but also some gameplay sections. While exploration really make the game look like Fantasy Life (from Level-5), battles are quite different: they’re turn-based. Finally, we’re shown some of the Harvest Moon elements, with the protagonist (Prince Pietro) cultivating some vegetables at his farm.

PoPoLoCrois Bokujo Monogatari (3DS) comes out on June 18th in Japan, and is gettign a Limited Edition.
