Pokémon Global Link
The Pokémon Company have announced that the Pokémon Global Link service will be discontinued on February 24th. Considering the various features and options available via this service are available directly in-game in Pokémon Sword and Shield, it was pretty much guaranteed the Pokémon Global Link would be discontinued in the near future.
Of course, this will not have any impact on most of the online features in Pokémon Sun and Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, only those that required connection to the Pokémon Global Link.
To celebrate the end of the Pokémon Global Link, all players can enjoy one last Pokémon distribution: a Munna based on Fennel’s Munna (from Pokémon Black and White, the first game to use the service). To get it, you have to log-in to the Pokémon Global Link, and then click on this link. You have until February 24th to claim your Serial Code.
Here’s details about the Munna:
- PokéBall: Dream Ball
- Abillity: Telepathy
- Moves: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Rest, and Sleep Talk
As usual, you can find all there is to know about the various Serial Codes for Pokémon Sun and Moon on this page, and for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon on this one!
