The latest Raid Event for Pokémon Sword and Shield is now live, but it requires a Serial Code included in the latest issue of CoroCoro magazine (released on March 14th in Japan). The code allows you to get the ☆And337 item, which activates a Raid Battle with Gigantamax Corviknight at the Watchtower Ruins. What’s so special about this Gigantamax Corviknight? It has the following:
- 4 guaranteed max IVs
- comes with its Hidden Ability (Mirror Armor)
- knows the Steel Beam move

Pokémon GO
GO Battle League and Trainer Battles
In light of the current Coronavirus outbreak worldwide, Niantic have made the following changes to the Go Battle League and Trainer Battles with friends:
- the walking requirement in GO Battle League to unlock sets has been removed
- you can now send challenge invites to Trainers who are your Good Friends, in Trainer Battles with friends
Those changes will be in effect during the next 28 days (may be extended beyond that date if necessary).

Pokémon Championships
In light of the Coronavirus outbreak worldwide, The Pokémon Company have announced that several Regional Championships have been cancelled.
Here’s the list of events impacted:
- Mississauga/Toronto Regional Championships, scheduled for March 13-15
- Charlotte Regional Championships, scheduled for March 20-22
- Regional de Pokémon de Joinville em Santa Catarina 2020, scheduled for March 28-29
- Salt Lake City Pokémon Regional Championships, scheduled for April 4-5
With the Coronavirus outbreak still in full swing, it’s more than likely that those will not be the last events to be cancelled.
