Pokémon Sun and Moon @ CoroCoro: new Pokémon, Alola variants revealed

On Friday, the latest issue of CoroCoro magazine will be released, providing readers with some new details about Pokémon Sun and Moon. But as usual, thanks to early leaks, we don’t have to wait for the magazine to be available before finding out what’s in store for us! And thanks to Serebii, we already have translations of the new details available!

This time around, some brand new Pokémon are revealed:

  • Sunabaa (Ghost/Ground): looks like a sandcastle;
  • Shirodesuna (Ghost/Ground): looks like a (bigger) sandcastle;
  • Nuikoguma (Normal/Fighting): Bewear’s pre-evolution;
  • Yowashi (Water): a special Pokémon who seems to have two radically different appearances.

But that’s not all: new Alola Formes are also revealed, for the following two Pokémon:

  • Alolan Nyarth (Dark). It was bred by the Alolan Royal Family;
  • Alolan Marowak (Fire/Ghost). It evolved in order to survive against its natural predators.

Pokémon Sun and Moon will have a new antagonist team, which goes by the name of Team Skull. The scan below shows a man which seems to be its boss: Guzuma. A woman can be seen next to him, called Burumeri.

Finally, it looks like there’s something special about Rockruff. The next issue of CoroCoro magazine will come with a poster, featuring Rockruff’s secret evolution.

Here’s the scans from CoroCoro magazine:

Pokémon Sun and Moon (3DS) comes out on November 18th in Japan and North America, and November 23rd in Europe.
