Nintendo warranty (United States)
In the United States, Nintendo was facing legal action from the FTC (Federal Trade Comission) over problematic language in its warranty. To be more precise, the company replaced the following text…
This warranty shall not apply if this product: (a) is used with products not sold or licensed by Nintendo (Including but not limited to, non-licensed game enhancement and copier devices, adapters, software, and power supplies
… by the following:
This warranty shall not apply if this product has been damaged by products not sold or licensed by Nintendo (Including, but not limited to, adapters, software, and power supplies)
In other words, the warranty now remains valid even if you use your console and/or games with unofficial products or accessories. On the other hand, if the console and/or games are damaged by said unofficial products or accessories, you’re out of luck.

Super Mario Odyssey
The latest piece of concept-art for Super Mario Odyssey shows Dino Falls. The developers went with an impressive design, to give players a sense of grand adventure, with the wide blue sky and the tall waterfall. If you look closely, you will notice the tyranosaur wearing Mario’s hat in the distance!
Also, here’s a neat tip: if you press Y when checking out a closet, you can have the game pick up an outfit at random for you. Pretty interesting if you’re unable to decide what Mario should be wearing. Just be prepared for some rather… exotic combinations!
pic.twitter.com/O6UKp4cGgT
