Nintendo 3DS: new Firmware update available (Ver. 10.3.0-28)

Last month, Nintendo released a brand new Firmware update for the Nintendo 3DS. As usual, this Ver. 10.2.0-28 didn’t bring any new features: all it did was fix several exploits used by hackers to install homebrew. In other words: we’re still waiting for an update with something more substantial than just security fixes and the usual “improvements to system stability and minor adjustments to enhance the user experience”. The last one was in March.

And today, less than a month since Ver. 10.2.0-18, Nintendo released a brand new Firmware update for the Nintendo 3DS. What does Ver. 10.3.0-28 change and/or add? Well, the answer is… nothing much!

Here’s the official changelog for this Firmware update:

Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience

To download this new Firmware (ver. 10.3.0-28) for the Nintendo 3DS, simply go to System Settings > Other Settings > 5 > System update, while being connected to the internet.
