Nintendo has announced several maintenance periods for various Wii U and Nintendo 3DS services, including one for Mario Kart 8 (in preparation for the new Software update and the second DLC Pack).

– Nintendo 3DS: Pokémon Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire (online play and leaderboards)
– Nintendo 3DS: Pokémon X and Y (online play and leaderboards)
This maintenance will take place on:
– Europe: Thursday, April 23rd (2.50AM to 4AM)
– UK: Thursday, April 23rd (1.50AM to 3AM)
– North America (East): Wednesday, April 22nd (6.50PM to 10PM)
– North America (West): Wednesday, April 22nd (3.50PM to 7PM)
– Japan: Thursday, April 23rd (9.50AM to 11AM)
