Japan: digital estimates for December 2016 (Famitsu)

In its latest issue, Famitsu provides their usual digital estimates for the Japanese market in December 2016 (November 28th to December 2016). December was an “ok” month for Nintendo on the digital front, with several games on Nintendo platforms in the Top 10.

But as usual, digital sales don’t amount to much, since digital ratio on Nintendo platforms isn’t really good, unless the game is sold out at retail. It’s even more noticeable in December, where the most popular games are family-friendly titles, usually bought by parents at Christmas, for their kids.
