Georifters – Ver. ???

  • Release date: December 11th 2020 (North America, Europe, Japan)
  • Patch notes:
  • This ain’t no cosplay, its new costumes! Each one of the seven heroes of Georifters have got a whole new set of fun and wacky Winter Outfits and (much less appropriate for this time of year) Swimsuit themed costumes. Each costume piece can be unlocked by playing through the game normally and then purchased with earned crystals. And they can be mixed and matched with original costumes. And as you can see for yourself some of these Swimsuits are just weirder than weird. Dr. Schnoz has taken up a deep sea exploration hobby, while Chief has brought his chocolate ice cream fixation to a whole new level. Lex just acquired his snorkeling license and is now chilling out doing his own thing. As usual. Whatever. Don’t miss out on these awesome seasonal themed costumes! New Achievements / Badges
  • There’s no such thing as an overachiever. Which is why Georiters is getting even more achievements! These achievements are won playing the new game modes: Match Challenge and Match Arena. Some of them are challenging, yes, but don’t worry because others are even more challenging! But since your sense of pride and accomplishment can’t be purchased, you better suit up, sit down, and get to it!
  • New ‘Match Arena’ game mode (X 12 NEW Levels). Matches are the name of the game in the Match Arena. How it works is that 2-4 players go head-to-head or team-to-team in twelve new levels to see who can make as many matches as they can. Matches happen when you move a block into an Anomaly, the strange shapes that result from unstable fluctuations in the fabric of the space-block continuum. So far so good? Basically you’re trying to match everything you can before your opponents can. But if you’re the cheeky type you can “unmatch” what your opponent has matched. So you need to keep your wits about you as you smash, flip, roll, and crush your way through some fast paced matching mayhem.
  • New ‘Match Challenge’ game mode (1p ~2p) (X 8 NEW Levels). New game mode hot off the press! Again matches are the name of the game here and the game is for you alone, or with a friend, to move the blocks into all the Anomalies. If you don’t they will evolve into a much bigger problem, like when you forget about old food left in a refrigerator. Your job is to use your ingenuity and problem solving skills to manoeuvre those blocks into the strange shapes of the Anomalies. But be forewarned, some of these Anomalies are pretty strange. So where do I sign up, you ask? Well, stop asking and see for yourself!

Georifters – Ver. ???

  • Release date: November 13th 2020 (North America, Europe)
  • Patch notes:
  • NEW OUTFITS!! Since the Georifter heroes are big fans of horror movies and it’s Friday the 13th they’ve dressed up in an all new spooky themed costume set! Each wickedly delightful costume really is one of a kind. Chief might be too much of an idiot to be scary, but his nightmare clown costume will definitely unsettle you. It’s downright dismaying! And Dr. Schnoz even got into the spirit by sticking his head inside a jack-o-lantern. Or replaced his head with a jack-o-lantern? No one is sure which – spooky stuff! Every single Georifter has gotten into the spirit of the season and found just the right costume to send a shiver down your spine. So come check out these fantastically frightful costumes!
  • TIME OUT! A new game mode called Time Challenge has been added, where you can put your skills to the test as you battle against the clock to complete each stage as quickly as possible. Remember: Time waits for no one.
  • Speaking of… Time to punch in with the brand new Power Punch ability. Get ready to take things to the next level when it comes to punching blocks, punching monsters, punching each other, etc. with the regular Punch getting an extra dose of Power. Now you can charge up your regular punches in order to release a devastating Power Punch. It hits harder, pushes stuff farther, and causes more damage and mayhem than the regular punch.
  • But with great power comes great responsibility. Specifically two power charges worth of it! Get to grips with the new technique during the new Power Punch Tutorial Level so punch responsibly, and have fun!
  • So what’s new with you? A ‘What’s New’ message board system has been created so players can see all the important updates that have happened all in one place.
  • Six new languages have been added to give Georifters some extra international flavour: こんにちは Japan, Ciao Italy,  Bonjour France, Hallo Germany, Hola Spain and Ola Brazil, welcome to the manic terrain bending world of Georifters!
  • Additional notes: none.
