Game Center DX: Yoshi’s Woolly World

Game Center CX is a popular TV program in Japan: the host is none other than Shinya Arino, who is a member of the comedy duo Yoiko. And today, Nintendo uploade a very special episode of Game Center CX, but Shinya Arino is nowhere to be seen… it’s because Masaru Hamaguchi (from Yoiko) is replacing him in this special “Game Center DX” episode.

And the game played in this Game Center DX episode is none other than… Yoshi’s Woolly World, which comes out next week in Japan. We get to see a couple of levels, as well as a showcase of various amiibo (the Yoshi ones for the “single player co-op”, and the regular amiibo for the special Yoshi patterns).

This isn’t the first time Nintendo had a special Game Center CX episode: during NicoNico Choukaigi, in April, there even was a live one, for the Super Mario Bros. 30th Anniversary!

Yoshi’s Woolly World (Wii U) comes out on July 16th in Japan, and on October 16th in Japan!
