Fire Emblem: Three Houses – Cindered Shadows: All the details, pictures, and videos from the official Twitter account

Update: ahead of the release of the Fire Emblem: Three Houses – Cindered Shadows DLC, we’re reviving this page in order to post all the details + pictures (and eventually videos) for it shared by Intelligent Systems and Nintendo via Twitter!

***

Just like many other games before it, Fire Emblem: Three Houses is going to get various details, pictures, and videos revealed via its official Twitter account in Japan (in that case, the official Fire Emblem one). That’s why we once again created a post specifically to round up all the details, pictures, and videos shared on that account, so that you can find it all in one place for convenience purposes.

As always, we will keep updating this post as soon as new details, pictures, and videos for Fire Emblem: Three Houses are shared.

First, here’s a YouTube playlist that we will keep updating with new videos, in order to avoid having too many YouTube embeds on this page. Only the latest videos will be listed below.

February 12th

The latest Twitter update shares details about another classe introduced in Cindered Shadows: Valkyrie. A female-only class of knights specialised in black magic. Not only do they boast great mobility as a mounted unit, the range of their attacks are expanded thanks to the “Black Magic Range +1” and “Dark Magic Range +1” skills. If you do it right, you can even use hit and run tactics: hit enemies and then move out of reach of their attacks.

February 11th

The latest Twitter update shares details about another class introduced in Cindered Shadows: War Monk (male units) / War Cleric (female units). They’re powerful warriors who can use axes and gauntlets, as well as white magic.

They can use an exclusive Battle Art that allows them to hit enemies from a distance (range: 1-2). It’s actually a magic attack, and its power varies depending on the level of the Faith skill. But be careful: even if it uses magic, it still takes a fair chunk of the durability of your weapon! And since they can wield white magic, War Monks / War Clerics can also use a little bit of recovery magic.

February 10th

The latest Twitter update shares details about another new class introduced in Cindered Shadows: Dark Pegasus. Just like its “light” counterpart, it’s a female-only class. They have a really handy skill called Magic Conversion which grants the unit +3 to all abilities during the next turn if they get hit by a magic attack during the Enemy Phase. This class really shines in areas with plenty of enemy magic users, but be careful: Dark Pegasus are still vulnerable to arrows!

February 7th

The latest Twitter update shares details about the new classes introduced in Cindered Shadows. All 4 students from the Ashen Wolves have a brand new class, and by clearing Chapter 1 of the DLC, you unlock those 4 classes for use in the main game. You can have characters switch to them by having them pass a special exam, once they have reached Lvl. 20.

One of the new classes is Trickster, a magic swordsman who confuses enemies with quick movements. This class can use magic. It can use a special move known as “Trick”, which allows the unit to switch position with an ally located within 5 spaces. The exam for this class is only for units with the Thief class.

Speaking of the Trickster, once you have cleared Chapter 1 of Cindered Shadow, you can have Anna don the Fighting Merchant’s Outfit (based on the Trickster outfit) in the main game (if you have her an as ally, that is). You even get a brand new face icon during conversations (on the text box)! As always, you can switch outfits at any time from your room.

February 5th

The latest Twitter update shares details about stores. Just like in the main game, you will find various stores in the Abyss: weapon shop, blacksmith, etc.. You’re free to shop there as many times as you want, but you have to be careful: you can only get a limited amount of money and ore in the DLC, so you can’t just go and spend them carelessly.

That’s why weapon durability is something you have to be really careful about, as you won’t be able to just keep buying new weapons or repair them too many times. By the way, you get ore by breaking the armour of large enemies on the battlefield.

Speaking of weapon durability, the Sword of the Creator is repaired automatically as you progress through the story… now that’s legendary weapons for you! If you didn’t dare use it too much in the main game, you will be able to use it to your heart’s content in Cindered Shadows!

February 3rd

The latest Twitter update shares details about how classes and skills works in Fire Emblem: Three Houses – Cindered Shadows. In the main game, you can have your characters pass certification exams, which unlocks the various classes, and gives you access to their skills. This allows you to fully customise your unit with the classes and skills you want.

But in the DLC, things are a bit different. For starters, you can only choose among a fixed set of classes for each character (featuring new outfits!). Also, the skill levels are also fixed. In other words, you cannot really customise each unit; you have to play with the cards you’re dealt, and think carefully about the role they have to play. That’s one of the reason difficulty is said to be higher than in the main game, which is also due to the many tricks found in the maps.

January 31st

The latest Twitter update introduces another new character: Alphard (voiced by Daisuke Hirakawa), a member of the Church of Seiros responsible for overseeing the Abyss. The place used to be plagued by famine and criminality, but thanks to him, it is now in a state of relative peace and order.

He’s described as a calm and compassionate individual, who managed to earn the trust of the denizens of the Abyss, despite their distrust of the Church. He is the one who pushed for the creation of the Ashen Wolves class.

Here’s a video of Alphard talking to the protagonist:

January 29th

The latest Twitter update introduces another member of the Ashen Wolves class: Hapi (voiced by Sachika Misawa), a weak girl who does not even try to hide her lethargic state. She may act like it’s someone else’s problem, but she still fight against people trying to intrude in the Abyss along with the rest of the Ashen Wolves. It is said that she ended up in the Abyss due to her very peculiar predisposition.

And here’s a video of Hapi talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

But that’s not all! We also get some more details about how the Cindered Shadows DLC interacts with the main game. As mentioned previously, the save data for the two are completely separate, but there’s actually ways the two interact with each other, with various things unlocked in the main game as you progress through the DLC.

For example, after clearing Episode 1 of Cindered Shadows, you will be able to explore the Abyss in the main game (during one of your free days, after selecting Exploration). Also, you will be able to interact with the 4 students of the Ashen Wolves when exploring the Monastery (which includes inviting them to tea) during the first part of the main game.

Depending on how far you have progressed in the DLC, you will also get the opportunity to scout the students from the Ashen Wolves class. Doing so will allow you to have them take part in battles and teaching, and they will also show up in the second part of the main game.

January 27th

The latest Twitter update introduces another member of the Ashen Wolves class: Balthus (voiced by Subaru Kimura), a rather rowdy and careless fellow from the Alliance who styles himself “Fighting King of Leicester”. He ended up hiding in the Abyss after being chased by evil people. He goes after intruders in order to protect the people who live in the Abyss.

Here’s a video showcasing Balthus: check out the YouTube playlist above!

January 24th

The latest Twitter update introduces another member of the Ashen Wolves class: Constance (voiced by Bridcutt Sarah Emi). She belongs to House Nuvelle, which collapsed during the war a few years ago. Despite being forced to live in the Abyss, she hasn’t given up on her dreams of reviving her fallen house, and is always looking for feats to accomplish in order to be acknowledged by others. Her polite way of speaking does little to hide her haughty personality.

Here’s a video of Constance talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

January 22nd

The latest Twitter update introduces a member of the Ashen Wolves class: Yuri (voiced by Junya Enoki), and its leader. He used to attend the Officers Academy, but he was expelled for some reason, and he ended up in the Abyss. He may talk with rather crude language, but his desire to protect the people of the Abyss is quite strong.

Here’s a video of Yuri talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

January 20th

The first Twitter update for Fire Emblem: Three Houses – Cindered Shadows is about the playable characters. As mentioned in this post, in this side-story, you get to play with a fixed set of playable characters (unlike the Main Story, where you can scout characters from other Houses).

The playable characters in the side story DLC are:

  • Byleth
  • Edelgard
  • Dimitri
  • Claude
  • Linhardt
  • Ashe
  • Hilda
  • Yuri (voiced by Junya Enoki), from the Ashen Wolves
  • Constance (voiced by Bridcutt Sarah Emi), from the Ashen Wolves
  • Balthus (voiced by Subaru Kimura), from the Ashen Wolves
  • Hapi (voiced by Sachika Misawa), from the Ashen Wolves

Alongside Byleth and the House Leaders, there’s one representative from each House. And of course, there’s the 4 new characters from the 4th House (the Ashen Wolves), who all ended up in the Abyss for various reasons. They all fight a mysterious enemy who threatens the peace of the Abyss, in order to protect the people who live there. By helping them, Byleth will get to discover a certain secret, which slumbers in the darkness of the Abyss…

The latest Twitter updates showcases items. During your strolls in the Monastery, you will sometimes come across lost items. When you do, you have to try to guess who dropped it, and bring it back to them. But don’t worry if you mess up: you will not be penalised if you bring them to the wrong person, though you will get some funny looks… If a student is engaged in self-study, giving them back an item they’ve lost will increase their motivation.

Speaking of items, you can give some to your students as Gifts. This can be anything: useful items, exciting items, delicious food, etc.. You have to think carefully about which items to choose: try to put yourself in their shoes, and think about what would bring a smile to their face!

Here’s a video showcasing items: check out the YouTube playlist above!

July 23rd

The latest Twitter update showcases an important element of the game, that allows you to strengthen your weapons without increasing their weight: the Blacksmith (which can be found at the market). In fact, some weapon can become lighter after being refined there. Thanks to the Blacksmight, you can increase your Attack power without sacrificing your Attack Speed.

Of course, you need the right materials for the Blacksmith to do anything, and you can get those from group assignments and as rewards for quests.

Here’s a video showcasing the Blacksmith: check out the YouTube playlist above!

July 22nd

The latest Twitter update showcases another side-activity: the Advice Box, located within the Cathedral. Students will put anonymous letters in that box, looking for advice on how to deal with their problems. You have to guess who wrote each letter, in order to choose the right answer while keeping their feelings in mind. If your answer convinces the sender of the letter, then the Support value with that character will rise.

Here’s a video showcasing the Advice Box: check out the YouTube playlist above!

July 17th

The latest Twitter update showcases a key element of the battle system: Follow-Up Attacks, where you get to attack twice per turn. They work just like in past Fire Emblem games: it’s the speed difference between the two units engaged in battle that determine whether a Follow-Up Attack will be triggered or not.

But what determines the speed of a unit? Well, there’s the Speed stat (obviously), but also the weight of the weapon equipped. Strong weapons with high Attack can deal lots of damage, but they are generally quite heavy and will slow your units down. That’s why it’s often preferrable to go with weaker but lighter weapons (though it of course depends on the unit and the role you want it to play in battle).

Here’s a video showcasing Follow-Up Attacks: check out the YouTube playlist above!

July 15th

The latest Twitter update is about another side-activity in Fire Emblem: Three Houses… Cooking! While this may seem surprising at first, cooking isn’t all about the taste of the food, it’s also about who you cook it with (an important aspect you should not neglect).

When you’re ready for some cooking action, you head over to the dining room, and then choose a partner to cook with. You can use the various ingredients you have collected during your strolls in the Monastery, including the fish you caught yourself. Depending on the ingredient you used, all units will also get a temporary stats boost.

Here’s a video showcasing Cooking: check out the YouTube playlist above!

July 12th

The latest Twitter update showcases one of the side-activities of Fire Emblem: Three Houses… Fishing! At the Garreg Mach Monastery, there’s a pond where you can go fishing.

Once the line has been cast, a minigame starts, and you have to keep pressing the A button with the right timing, following the cues on the screen. Doing that will lower the HP of the fish, and once it’s reached 0, the fish is caught. The battle goes on until either you or the fish runs out of HP. You can use various insects, but also snails and worms, as fishing bait.

Here’s a video showcasing Fishing: check out the YouTube playlist above!

July 10th

The latest Twitter updates showcases Support, one of the key features of the battle system in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. In battle, if two units can both hit the same enemy during a given turn, they can perform a joint attack. When two units take part in a joint attack, their attack power increases, and they can deal more damage than if they attacked on their own. Also, this boosts the Support value between the two units! As a rule of thumb, it’s generally better to have units stick together in battle.

But that’s not all: Support also increases the Hit rate and the Avoid value. The higher the Support level between the two units, the greater the increase. But be careful and avoid being overconfident: Support isn’t some sort of all-powerful effect that will allow you to always avoid enemy attacks or defeat them in one hit or anything.

Here’s a video showcasing Support in battle: check out the YouTube playlist above!

The latest Twitter updates introduce Cyril (voiced by Kengo Kawanishi), a young man who works as an attendant to Archbishop Rhea. As a war orphan, he feels deeply indebted to her after she saved him from his rather precarious situation. He takes his work at the Monastery extremely seriously, though he does tend to get impatient. He received a bow from Shamir, so that he could use it to assist Rhea.

Here’s a short video of Cyril talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

July 5th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Shamir (voiced by Yurina Watanabe), a member of the Knights of Seiros, who has mastered the bow. She used to be a mercenary, but she joined the ranks of the Knights of Seiros in order to return the favour to Rhea, who helped her in the past. It’s not that unusual for Knights to pledge allegiance not to Seiros, but Rhea herself.

Here’s a video of Shamir talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

July 3rd

The latest Twitter updates introduce Gilbert (voiced by Hiromichi Kogami), a Knight from the Kingdom of Faerghus, who belongs to the Knights of Seiros. He’s described as a pious, earnest, and polite person who rarely shows his emotions and doesn’t like to talk about himself. That’s why it’s actually pretty hard to get to know him on an intimate level. He seems to enjoy fishing and cooking.

Here’s a video of Gilber talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

July 1st

The latest Twitter updates introduce Tomashe (voiced by Shinya Fukumatsu), an old man who has served as archivist at the Garreg Mach Monastery for more than 40 years. Not only does he know all there is to know about the books in the library, he’s also quite knowledgeable when it comes to the history of the Monastery itself, where he has spent most of his life. He’s also a devout believer of the Church of Seiros.

Here’s a video of Tomashe talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

June 29th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Ierizza (voiced by Atsushi Imaruoka), a swordsman and teacher at the Officer’s Academy, who is mostly in charge of training. He strongly dislikes interacting with other people, which is why he does not hesitate to bluntly reject anyone that ties to start a conversation with him. He’s a really mysterious fellow, who is only interested in the training of his students, but his skills are the real deal.

Here’s a video of Ierizza… err… “talking” to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

June 28th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Flayn (voiced by Yuuko Oono), Seteth’s sister. She may live at the Garreg Mach Monastery, she’s not a student at the Officer’s Academy. She’s usually a pretty calm person, but she cannot help but worry about her brother who sometimes exhibits erratic behaviour due to his inquisitive nature.

Here’s a video of Flayn talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

June 26th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Seteth (voiced by Takehito Koyasu), Deputy Archbishop of the Church of Seiros. He values order and discipline above all else, and while he respects Rhea’s decision to invite the protagonist at the Officer’s Academy, he cannot help but remain cautious. He has a sister complex regarding his sister Flayn, and he usually tends to be overprotective.

Here’s a short video showing Seteth talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

June 24th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Alois (voiced by Manabu Sakamasa), and a member of the Knights of Seiros. He had quite a lot of admiration for Jeralt back when he was at their head. He’s the one who recommended to Rhea that the protagonist be scouted as a teacher, following their saving of the students at the beginning of the game. he’s quite the joyful and cheerful fellow, always cracking jokes.

Here’s a video of Alois talking to Jeralt: check out the YouTube playlist above!

June 22nd

The latest Twitter updates introduce not one, but three characters, all members of “those who slither in the dark”:

  • Kronya: she may look like a cheerful young woman, but don’t be deceived. Behind that smile lies childish cruelty and resentment;
  • Solon: he looks like a really old mage, and uses old-fashioned techniques and strategies;
  • Thales: the mastermind of the Nightcrawlers. He has Cronje and Soron help him carry out a certain plan. His identity is shrouded in mystery.

June 21st

The latest Twitter updates introduce Leonie (voiced by Sakura Nogawa), a member of the Golden Deer house. She’s the daughter of a huntsman from the Sawin Village alliance. In order to be able to earn a living as a mercenary, she entered the Officer’s Academy after borrowing money from the villagers. She works really hard every day in order to pay them back. Jeralt (the protagonist’s father) is the reason she decided to become a mercenary, and she calls herself her #1 disciple.

Here’s a video of Leonie talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

June 19th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Ingrid (voiced by Manaka Iwami), a member of the Blue Lions house. She belongs to the Galatea family, and she’s a childhood friend of Dimitri, Felix, and Sylvan. She usually tends to get carried away when dealing with delicious food.

Here’s a short video showing Ingrid talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

June 17th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Linhardt (voiced by Shun Horie), a member of the Black Eagles house. He’s the heir of the Humbling family. He hates being bound by anything and loves freedom above all else… which makes him a rather troublesome individual.

Despite being clearheaded, he’s often sleepy. The thing is, he has a keen interest in crests, and can become so engrossed in his research, he will often forget to eat and sleep. He gets on well with Caspar, that he shares some interests with.

Here’s a short video showing Linhardt talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

June 15th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Catherine (voiced by Chie Matsuura), who belongs to the Knights of Seiros, and a graduate of the Officer’s Academy at the Garreg Mach Monastery. She’s a skilled swordswoman who uses one of the sacred weapons known as “Legacy of the Heroes”: the Raitei (NB: Japanese name. It means “Heavy Thunder”). She has pledged allegiance to Rhea, the archbishop of the Church of Seiros.

Legend has it that a long time ago, Heroes known as “The Ten Heroes of Fodlan” received power from the Goddess herself in the form of sacred weapons: the “Legacy of the Heroes”, along with the mysterious crests mentioned in previous reports. Only someone with a crest that corresponds to the sacred weapon can make full use of the Goddess’ powers hidden within.

Here’s a video showing Catherine being introduced to the protagonist by Rhea herself, and her using the weapon on some soldiers: check out the YouTube playlist above!

As some of you may have guessed already, the sword used by the protagonist does happen to be one of the sacred weapons known as “Legacy of the Heroes”. Its name is the Heavenly Blade (NB: not official English name). What kind of power is hidden within that sacred weapon, linked to the mysterious emblem carried by the protagonist?

June 14th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Marianne (voiced by Sawako Hata), a member of the Golden Deer house. She was adopted by the Margrave of Edmont. She usually tends to avoid other people, which is why many have never heard her voice. She only really opens up with her favourite birds and animals, that she talks a lot with. Here’s a short video showing her talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

Here’s a video showing Anette talking to the protagonist, asking them if they prefer sweet of spicy food: check out the YouTube playlist above!

June 3rd

Since he will not inherit that position, he has been attending the Officer’s Academy in order to train himself in the arts of war. He has a strong sense of justice, and hate deceit and injustice in equal measure. Here’s a rather obedient person.

Here’s a video of Caspar talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 31st

The latest Twitter updates introduce Lysithea (voiced by Aoi Yuuki), a member of the Golden Deer house. She’s the eldest daughter of the Cordelia family. She’s only 15 years old, making her the youngest student at the Officer’s Academy.

She’s extremely skilled when it comes to magic, and she’s pretty much what you would call a young genius. But despite that, she does not rest on her laurels, and never neglects her training. She does have her childish side: she really hates ghost… and being treated like a child.

Here’s a video clip showing Lysithea talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 30th

The latest Twitter updates introduce not one, but two characters:

  • Flame Emperor: a mysterious character that operates in the shadows of the Monastery. Their face is hidden behind a mask, so it’s impossible to see what they’re thinking, but their hostility towards the Church of Seiros is quite clear. They’re the one who ordered the thieves to attack the students at the beginning of the game, though fortunately, they were saved by the protagonist. Ever since that incident, the Flame Emperor has taken a keen interest in the protagonist, though his ultimate goal remains shrouded in mystery…
  • Grim Reaper Knight: a lonesome knight, who looks like a grim reaper, and is said to kill people during the night. Rumour has it he has been spotted at Garreg Mach, but the threat became pretty much real when he suddenly appears in front of the protagonist.

May 29th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Ash (voiced by Yuuki Inoue), a member of the Blue Lions house. He was adopted by Sir Ronat, Lord of Gaspar. He’s really grateful to and has deep respect for Sir Ronat, who raised him like his own son despite being a commonner, and allowed him to enter the Officer’s Academy. Ash is a rather serious young man who studies hard to become a respectable adult like his father.

Here’s a video of Ash talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 27th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Bernadetta (voiced by Tsuji Ayumi), a member of the Black Eagles house. She’s the only heir of the Vary family. Her room at the Officer’s Academy dormitory is the only place she can stay at away from home. She’s quite devoted to her hobbies, which is why she generally spends all her free time in her room, and only comes out for lectures.

Here’s a video showing a rare conversation with Bernadetta out of her room: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 24th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Raphael (voiced by Takaki Ootomori), a member of the Golden Deer house.

He’s the son of a Leicester merchant, and a hard worker. Both his mother and father died in an unfortunate accident. He’s quite the optimistic individual, and he believes that the key to becoming a good Knight is to build his muscles on a daily basis. He doesn’t seem to have much interest in the lectures themselves, unlike the menu of the cafeteria at the Officer’s Academy!

Here’s a video showing Raphael talkign to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 22nd

The latest Twitter updates introduce Mercedes (voiced by Yumiri Hanamori), a member of the Blue Lions house. She’s a gentle woman who pays lots of attention to her surroundings, always helping people in need. She used to be a member of the Adrestian nobility, but she now lives as a commoner in the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, where she enrolled in the Magic Academy.

Here’s a video showing Mercedes talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 20th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Ferdinant (voiced by Taito Ban). He’s a member of the Black Eagles house, and the heir of the Duke of Egil. The members of his family have served as Primer Ministers of the Adrestian Empire for generations. He’s a rather prideful individual, who is quite proud of his own family, but also a sore loser. He has a strong sense of rivalry with anyone, even with Edelgard herself (the future Empress).

Here’s a short video clip showing Ferdinant talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 18th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Hanneman (voiced by Kenji Hamada). He’s a teacher at the Officer’s Academy, who also happens to be a scholar studying the mysterious crests said to have been given by the Goddess herself. He’s generally pretty calm and composed, but he does tend to get carried away anytime the crests are involved. He’s particularly intrigued by the protagonist’s mysterious emblem, and he has a hard time hiding his curiousity.

For some reason, he does not seem to get on well with Manuela, another teacher at the Officer’s Academy.

The crests are mysterious entities that very few people on the Fodlan continent possess. Their power is said to come from the Goddess herself, and the Heroes who took part in the Heroes War a long time ago. They have been passed down from generation to generation among descendants of those Heroes, and they have become a symbol of power. However, not all children from noble families end up with a crest at birth: in fact, many of them do not.

In general, only nobles get to possess a crest. However, the protagonist (who decides to assist Hanneman in his research) does end up getting a mysterious emblem of their own, but it’s not clear why.

Intelligent Systems shared two videos today: the usual short video clip introducing Hanneman (showing him talking with the protagonist, his colleague at the Officer’s Academy), and a longer video showing him talking about the crests (again, with the protagonist).

Here’s a video with both merged into a single one: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 17th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Hilda, voiced by Yuuki Kuwahara. She’s a member of the Golden Deer house, and lone daughter of the Duke of Goneryl. Perhaps due to her being spoiled by her father and brother, she often tends to be quite lazy, and she’s good at getting others to spoil her. She’s pretty much what you would expect the typical “Noble Lady” to be like. She’s pretty fond of anything fashionable and colourful.

Here’s a video of Hilda talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 15th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Felix, voiced by Ryuuichi Hase. He’s the heir of a Duke of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, and Dimitri’s childhood friend (that he nicknamed “Boar”). He’s a rather sarcastic individual, and a lone wolf. He always makes sure to hone his skills with the sword, and when finds a strong opponent, he will start by getting in touch with them.

Here’s a short video clip showing Felix talking to the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 13th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Dorothea, voiced by Juri Nagatsuma. She’s a member of the Black Eagles, and just like Manuela, she used to be a popular Diva before being admitted to the Officer’s Academy. In fact, she did sing at the same Mittel Frank opera company as Manuela, who is effectively her senior.

She’s the only member of the Black Eagles who was born a commonner, which is why she doesn’t feel completely at ease there, but despite that, she treats everyone equally, as if they were friends of the same age.

Here’s a video of Dorothea talking to the protagonist, while unaware that they’re actually a teacher at the Officer’s Academy: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 11th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Manuela (Japanese name, English name TBC), voiced by Sachiko Kojima. She’s a former diva, who used to be the star of the Mittel Frank opera company, back in the imperial capital. Believe it or not, she’s now a teacher at the Officer’s Academy, as well as a physician… that’s quite the career change!

She’s often seen on the academy grounds lamenting not being able to find her significant other. She’s pretty welcoming towards the protagonist when they start teaching at the Officer’s Academy.

Here’s a video clip showing Manuela warmly welcoming the protagonist: check out the YouTube playlist above!

May 10th

The latest Twitter updates introduce Lorentz (Japanese name, English name TBC), voiced by Hiroshi Watanabe. He’s the heir of the Gröstal family (exact spelling TBC), and a rather prideful individual who is well aware of the responsibility he has to bear as noble. He’s tried courting several women at the Officer’s Academy, but he does not seem to have been successful so far.

Here’s a video showing Lorentz “thanking” the protagonist for saving Claude (and telling them to mind their own business): check out the YouTube playlist above!
