August 25th
Ursula (voiced by Anna Yamaki in Japanese) is the manager of Vandahl Trading, one of Dagda’s leading merchant companies. Her authority is second only to Talimun, the Chief Manager. She meticulously manages the company’s finances, and she’s even called out Talimun sternly on his extravagant spending.
Likes: her favourite poetry collection, flowers that bloom in the shade, counting money.
The video below shows a conversation between Ursula and Talimun, in which the latter shows interest in the “Demon Sword”. Even though Ursula has no choice but to go along with her boss, deep down, the two share a strong bond of trust.
Thanks to her personal Skill, “Trading Company Manager” (official English name TBC), Ursula and her allies can use the Storage command to retrive items from their Item Bags. This allows you to flexibly adapt even to unusual battle situations.
August 25th
Gaitz (voiced by Ryoukan Koyanagi in Japanese) is a skilled martial artist who possesses both wisdom and courage, and works as a gladiator at the Dagsion Colosseum. He trained in the eastern Kingdom of Sai, and boasts extensive combat experience.
Likes: tea from the Kingdom of Sai, Ferghanan horses, calligraphy, martial arts in general.
Gaitz has been training since his youth, which explains why his skills are nothing short of exceptional. He’s also quick to sense the danger Dietrich poses.
August 24th
Anatolia (voiced by Arisa Ogasawara in Japanese) is a girl dressed in white who fights to save her fellow countrymen. Because of her appearance, she’s earned the nickname of “Mysterious Bride”. Her personality could be described as “cool” at best, and “emotionally detached” at worst, and it gets to the point where she sometimes upsets others without even meaning to.
Likes: hexagram divination, round objects, martial arts training.
Anatolia runs a fortune-telling business in Dagsion. She has a reputation for being very accurate, which is why people always line-up to consult her.
In battle, Anatolia does not just rely on her “Salamander” handheld weapon for long-range attacks, she can also get close and personal using martial arts techniques based on qigong. And if that wasn’t enough, she also appears to wield some rather unusual magic as well.
August 24th
Orchel (voiced by Kaede Honda in Japanese) is a mysterious young woman who serves at a temple in upper Dagsion. She always hides her face behind a distinctive cat mask. Pure and innocent, she treats everyone with kidness and courtesy. However, she can be naive too.
Likes: spending time with animals, cleaning, doing laundry, cooking.
The video below shows a conversation between Orchel and Theodora, Queen of Saramis. It appears both side are equally suspicious.
In battle, even though Orchel excels at white magic, she can also make use of her extraordinary strength, which rivals that of any man.
August 21st
Talimun (voiced by Shinichirou Miki in Japanese) is Chief Manager of the “Vandahl Trading” company, one of Dagda’s biggest merchant houses. He may come off as carefree and shifty at first, but in truth, he harbours immense ambition. He is said to be collecting items known as “Drake’s Treasure”.
Likes: money, adventure, and cinnamon (he’s always chewing on a stick).
The video below shows a conversation between Talimun (who is holding a compass) and Dietrich. It seems Dietrich has a “rare item” the great merchant is quite interested in, but then, a sense of unease starts hanging in the air…
In battle, Talumin uses his trademark black magic to attack enemies from behind. Blessed with great luck, he makes ample use of it to lead his team to victory.
August 21st
Bertrand (voiced by Hiroki Yasumoto in Japanese) is a gladiator fighting in the Dagsion Colosseum. Also known as the “White-Haired Demon”, due to his godlike strength. It is said that he committed a serious crime five years ago, which led him to be imprisoned in the dungeon beneath the colosseum.
Likes: training, salted meat, well-crafted weapons, reading, board games.
The video below shows Bertrand’s entrance in the Colosseum just before a match. Even though he’s a criminal, inside the arena, he seems to be treated like a hero.
August 20th
Kalla (voiced by Anna Yamaki in Japanese) is a Patron-Huntress, and another pillar of the Dagdan pantheon. Not only does she manage all religious ceremonies related to the arts — including the “Festival of Roses”, in which Leda and Olympia competed — she also scouts and supports talented artists and musicians.
Likes: plants, fragrances, hunting, the arts.
The video below shows a conversation between Kalla and Leda. It seems Kalla has taken quite the interest in Leda, who possesses remarkable talent as a vihuela player, and would be delighted to see her again.
August 20th
Mars (voiced by Ryoma Masuda in Japanese) is the Bringer of War, and a pillar of the Dagdan pantheon. Even among his fellow deities, he boasts truly exceptional strength. Through battle, he seeks to gauge his opponents’ true intentions and settle matters once and for all. It is said that the Kingdom of Brezarant (official English name TBA), located in the southwestern part of the continent, was founded by one of his descendants.
Likes: the strong, the brave, rogues.
The video below shows a conversation between Mars and Dietrich. The two possess overwhelming strength, and despite being of two different races, they seem to share a certain connection.
August 19th
Centurio (voiced by Kouji Takeda in Japanese) is a knight in the service of Aurora’s Temple. Known as the “Steel Gem”, he has been appointed to “Vulcan”, an elite unit made of the very best priests the temple has to offer. He has known Cai’s father, Castor, for many years. In fact, the two of them are close friends, and trust each other deeply.
Likes: his duties at Aurora’s Temple, patrolling.
The video below shows a scene where Centurio is seen visiting the village of Ribeira. Until then, Cai’s life had been a series of peaceful, ordinary days, but from that day onward, it takes a dramatic turn.
Centurio boasts impenetrable defense. He can repel weak attacks without taking a scratch before counter-attacking.
August 19th
Aurora (voiced by Konomi Tamura in Japanese) is another pillar of the Dagdan pantheon. She’s also known as the Navigator’s Clarion — a goddess who presides over the stars and navigation. She’s the daughter of Solel, the Divine Sovereign, and it is said that her father strictly forbids her from having any contact with outsiders, and no visitor is ever allowed to meet her.
Likes: family, learning about the outside world, stargazing.
The video below shows a scene at Aurora’s Temple. The security is so tight, not even Theodora, a state guest, is allowed an audience with Aurora. But what about Kai?
