Fashion Dreamer: all the latest details, videos, and pictures (Archives)
Fashion Dreamer is the latest game from syn Sophia, and serves as a spiritual successor to the Style Savvy series (known in Europe as Nintendo Presents: Style Boutique and in Japan as Girls Mode). It was released on November 2nd in Japan, November 3rd in Europe and North America.
Ahead of the game’s release, Marvelous shared various details, videos, and pictures, and in this post, you will find all that in one place! The post only include content that was shared before the game’s release. For post-launch updates, make sure to check out this post instead!
November 2nd
The 11th One Point Advice is about Help.
Wondering how to move to a different Cocoon, or what it means to pin an EveLog? If you have any questions, make sure to check out the web manual or the in-game TIPS. You may find the answer to your questions there!

The 11th One Point Advice is about Muse Parts.
If you want to be the most fashionable Muse around, but don’t have the right Muse Parts, you might want to go and see your Beauty Advisor. You can ask them to give you a touch-up, and they will also let you try out Muse Parts you don’t have yet!
And as part of the Eve Halloween Party, Marvelous is giving us a look at one final Halloween-themed outfit: a Witch!

And finally, the 10th One Point Advice. It’s about new Muses taking their first steps in the virtual world, Eve.
If you’re a brand new player, your wardrobe is (naturally) going to be pretty empty at first. But there’s nothing to worry about! The game offers you a selection of clothing items you can use while you work towards acquiring your own. However, whether you get items that will help you fulfill Muses’ requests is another story, and depends on how lucky you are!

The 6th One Point Advice is about how you can edit your Muse.
Once you have joined a Cocoon or changed your outfit, you will be able to use the Change feature to edit your Muse and change its appearance (not just its clothes). That way, if you find a Muse you really like, you can get not just their clothes, but also the various parts (like its makeup, hairstyle, etc.), allowing you to copy their look completely!

With Halloween just around the corner, Marvelous has announced the Eve Halloween Party. Starting on October 19th, various Halloween-themed outfits will be showcased.

The 5th One Point Advice is about the Pop-up Area.
When playing online, various clothing items show up in the Pop-up Area. Those are selected randomly from among the clothing items the other Muses have set in their Item Box.

- the E mark is for clothing items that were pre-prepared for the users in your current Eve (virtual world)
- the red mark is for the “My Brand” items (clothing items that you designed yourself)
- the blue mark is for items created by other Muses

The third One Point Advice is about the BEST5 Panel. As the name indicates, this panel shows the 5 most popular clothing items among the Muses connected online. Maybe one of your creations will appear in that Top 5 one day!

The second One Point Advice post is about Trends.
Trends change on regular basis, and vary depending on the Eve (virtual world) you’re in. But while keeping up with trends is important, at the beginning, it’s alright for you to ignore them. Indeed, you get a bonus every time you look at the outfit of a fellow Muse, so don’t worry about trends and simply look at whatever catches your eye!

Today is Angel’s Day in Japan, and to celebrate, Marvelous is giving us a look at an angel-themed outfit:

With just a month left until release, Marvelous have begun sharing various tips and other useful information about the game, aimed at budding fashionistas.
The first one is about Likes and Followers. As a fashion influencer, gaining both is crucial. Don’t worry if you don’t plan to play online: you can still get both Likes and new Followers while playing offline. However, you might be able to get even more if you do connect to the internet!

Showroom Streaming is one of the features available to you in Online Mode. It allows you to check out the Showroom of other players (who can also check out yours, of course!). When checking out one such Showroom, you can get your hands on some unique items, take pictures, and more.

If you connect to the internet, players from all around the world will appear in the virtual world, Eve. Playing online allows you to get items you’re interested in, look at the Muses of the other players, or even check out their showroom. Today is “Kuro no Hi” (“Black Day”) in Japan, which is why Marvelous is giving us a look at an outfit centered around the colour black. Speaking of black, the colour palette offers different hues of black for you to customise your clothes and accessories with!

The LOVE Cocoon is a Cocoon filled with love… love for fashion, that is! Making clothes, wearing clothes, taking pictures (of clothes)… It’s modelled after a shopping mall, and it’s a place where people who love fashion and socialising gather.

In the Salon Area, you will come across mysterious “eggs”. Those are “Photo Eggs”: photo booths where you can take your picture and use special frames to spice things up. Each one offers a unique frame design. And once you’ve taken a picture, you can further decorate it using stickers!

If you want to take the perfect picture, you can use the Drone Camera. Choose your favourite location, adjust the angle and the pose, and select a filter to make the perfect shot. Fashion Dreamer takes place in a virtual world known as Eve. That world is divided in several areas known as “Cocoons”, which each have their own theme. In this virtual world, you can communicate with Muses (the avatar of fellow players) through Fashion.
One Coccon has HOPE as its theme, and carries the feelings of Hope, Expectations, and Enjoyment. It’s in this Cocoon, designed after a futuristic city, that you will take your first steps (brimming with hope!) as a fashion influencer.
