Last week, The Game Bakers announced that they were brining Furi, their ultra-fast-paced, combat-action game, to the Nintendo Switch in Early 2018. You can find more details about it in this post!

Mutant Mudds Collection

Last week, Jools Watsham announced that Mutant Mudds Collection would be released on December 14th in Europe and North America. As teased, there will be a discount for players pre-purchasing the game from December 7th: $9.99 / £7.29 / €8.69 (instead of $14.99 / £10.99 / €12.99, which is the regular price).

Today, Blowfish Studios announced that The Deer God would be released on December 21st on Nintendo Switch. It will cost $7.99 / 7.99€!

Here’s a trailer for Wizard of Legend, headed to the Nintendo Switch in Early 2018:

Last week, Arcade Distillery announced no less than 3 games for the Nintendo Switch at once:

  • War Theatre
  • Manufactured Beauty

All three titles will be released sometime next year.

Heart & Slash

Last week, Badland Games announced they would release Heart & Slash on the Nintendo Switch “before the end of the year” (in other words: this month).

Here’s the key features:

  • Fight using up to 75 different weapons and 60 different robot body parts that will change the way the game goes. 
  • Teleport, stop time, fly with a backpack, jump against the wall, discover the weaknesses of your enemies… You can try thousands of different combinations to achieve your goal, from almost unimportant details to play back parts of the story to try to change the result.
  • If you die, try again from the beginning. As with any good roguelike, every time you start a new game, both the levels of fighting and the items or weapons you collect will change. In this way, a game will not be the same as the previous one, which makes Heart&Slash not an easy game. 
  • A unique artistic and visual style that will take you back to classic games.
  • It offers a fast-paced and very dynamic gameplay system, with almost no time to take a breath, thanks to its short and intense levels.

Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom

Today, FDG Entertainment shared a picture showing the updated design for the frog and dragon transformations:

That second change was made while working on the new animations, and is the result of adjustments made during that phase. Some additional news about the game, including the release window, will be shared this winter!

Nine Parchments

Nine Parchments comes out this week on Nintendo Switch (tomorrow in Europe and North America, in fact!), and to celebrate this launch, Frozenbyte shared an image gallery on imgur, that takes a look at the journey the game has gone through from hits early days as Trine 3 mod, to the game launching this week.
