Daily Briefs (March 22, Round 4): Nintendo eShop / Lapis x Labyrinth

Today’s Daily Briefs: handy new feature for the Nintendo eShop of the Nintendo Switch in Europe, but also…

  • Lapis x Labyrinth
  • Decay of Logos
  • Indivisible

Nintendo eShop

Right now, there’s literally dozens of games currently on sale on the Nintendo eShop of the Nintendo Switch. As such, it’s fairly easy to miss a sale on a game you’ve been eyeing for a while, especially if you’re not following the developers on social media.

But it looks like Nintendo has launched a handy feature in Europe: emails are now sent when a game on your wishlist is currently on sale. It’s not clear when this feature went live, but apparently, Nintendo started sending those fairly recently, and only in Europe so far (nothing in North America or Japan just yet). Naturally, it requires that your Nintendo Account is set to accept promotional emails from Nintendo.

Here’s an example of an email sent by Nintendo, courtesy of kitsuneyo:

Have you received such an email yet?

Lapis x Labyrinth

In their latest blog post, the team at NIS America share more details about a key game mechanic found in Lapis x Labyrinth: Fever Mode. Click here to check it out!

So let me get this straight: you say you’ve been smashing your way through the Labyrinth for days now, but you’ve only been able to scrounge up a few measly chests’-worth of loot? Well, you’re in luck kid, ‘cuz I’m going to let you in on a secret that’ll change your treasure-hunting adventures forever!

It’s a little something called FEVER MODE. Once you learn how to harness it, the loot you’ll rake in will increase tenfold, or even a hundredfold, or maybe EVEN HIGHER!

And here’s some more screenshots for the game:

Lapis x Labyrinth (Switch) comes out on May 28th in North America, and May 31st in Europe.

Decay of Logos

The latest DevBlog post for Decay of Logos is now available: click here to check it out! Unfortunately, this one doesn’t have anything really new… We do get a brand new screenshot, at least!

Here it is:

Decay of Logos (Switch – eShop) does not have a release date yet.

Here’s the latest video clip for Indivisible:

Indivisible (Switch) does not have a release date yet.
