[Brief] Monster Strike: TV Commercial

Yesterday, mixi revealed the first trailer for Monster Strike for Nintendo 3DS, which isn’t a mere port of the mobile game. Indeed, it will feature full 3D fields, an actual scenario (written by Yukinori Kitajima), and more. And despite remaining silent about it for several months, it looks like mixi is ready to actively promote the game.

This morning, the company revealed the first TV Commercial for the game, more than two months before release. Since pre-orders start today, it does make sense for mixi to start promoting the game on TV so soon. Unfortunately, most of the footage shown in the commercial is from the trailer, but there’s also a couple of short original tidbits mixed in.

Monster Strike (3DS) comes out on December 17th in Japan.
