Breath of the Wild – Explorer’s Edition and Link green Nintendo 2DS bundle announced for North America

Black Friday is a pretty important day for retail stores in the United States, and every year, we see plenty of video game offers, discounts, and bundles. Naturally, this year will be no exception, and Nintendo actually prepared one bundle (for the Nintendo 2DS) and one special edition of an already-released game (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild) just for the occasion.

Let’s start with the latter, which is called The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – Explorer’s Edition. It costs $59.99 (just like the current stand-alone version), and includes the following:

  • a physical copy of the game
  • 100-page explorer’s guide
  • two-sided map

And in case you’re wondering: no, this edition does not include any of the DLC Packs for the game. This is just a special edition made for Black Friday, that will most likely not be released in Europe and Japan.

Next, we have the Link Green Nintendo 2DS (with orange button), that comes with a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. It costs only $79.99, which has been the standard price for the Nintendo 2DS for a few months already.

Nintendo does not give any release date for both, but since they’re supposed to be available for Black Friday, they most likely will start appearing in stores pretty soon! They have been added to the Upcoming Games page.
