Azure Striker Gunvolt: trailer for the Striker Pack, boxart, blog post
First “leaked” by the ACB (Australian Classification Board), and then confirmed by Inti Creates themselves at Anime Expo 2016 last week, the Azure Stiker Gunvolt: Striker Pack is a pack including both Azure Stiker Gunvolt 1 + 2 on a cartridge. It will be released at retail in Japan on August 25th (as announced earlier this year), and then on September 30th in North America.
Today, Yacht Club Games (who is publishing the Striker Pack) shared a new trailer for it, which can be found just below. But before that, here’s the North America boxart:

Yacht Club Games confirm that the Striker Pack will cost $29.99, and that pre-orders will start soon online and in stores. Naturally, fans are advised to place a pre-order as soon as possible, as quantities are bound to be limited (pre-orders let retailers know there’s demand, and order enough copies for everyone).
In a blog post, Yacht Club Games explain they never expected to end up publishing the game of another company. It all began with the retail release of Shovel Knight, which is the reason why Inti Creates decided to approach them in the first place. Just like with the retail release of Shovel Knight, it’s U&I Entertainment that Yacht Club Games partnered with for the distribution of the Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack.
Finally, Yacht Club Games gives a short update for European fans:
For our EU fans out there…stay tuned! We’re highly encouraging Inti Creates to make a retail release a reality in Europe as well. So be sure to tell them you think the same!
This wording clearly implies that a retail release in Europe is not guaranteed, which is kind of a strange as the Striker Pack already has a rating in Australia (but also in Germany + Europe, it seems). No doubt we should hear more about all this within the next couple of months.

Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 (3DS eShop) comes out on August 25th in Japan, September 30th in North America, and later this year in Europe. The Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack will be released on the same day.
