Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp – Flower Festival now live

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp – Flower Festival – What is it?

The Flower Festival is a special event for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, in collaboration with Google Play. It runs from August 17th to August 29th. The goal consists in planting seeds, in order to special Event Flowers; you can then cross-pollinate them in order to get some rare-colored flowers. After that, you can trade those for some Flower Festival items by talking to Lloid, at the garden.

Here’s the 4 types of Event Flowers:

  • red zinnias
  • yellow zinnias
  • green zinnias
  • blue zinnias

And here’s the list of items you can get via this event:

Flower-Festival Furniture

  • rainbow canopy
  • rainbow bicycle
  • rainbow pinwheel
  • potted red zinnias
  • potted yellow zinnias
  • potted green zinnias
  • potted blue zinnias

Flower-Festival Clothing

  • floral-accent boater
  • rainbow sunglasses

To get you started, you can get yellow zinnia seeds x20 and some bonus items as special Log-in Bonus (only on Android devices). Check out this page for more details! A special set of Timed Goals has also gone live, and you can find details about it on the same page.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp – Flower Festival – How to play?

In order to get started, you need to head over to the garden located right next to you campsite. If you do so, you will get the precious event-flower seeds by talking to Lloid (though you can sometimes earn some by completing animal requests). You then have to plant those in order to get event flowers, that you have to cross-pollinate in order to get seeds for flowers of different colours. There’s a certain number of possible combinations, and some of them allow you to get your hands on some really rare seeds.

Some additional notes:

  • any event seed or any Event Flowers you collect beyond your inventory limit (9 999) will be lost;
  • you cannot get event seeds from Lloid or via Animals requests once the event has ended;
  • you cannot trade Event Flowers for rewards once the event has ended;
  • you can use event seeds and you can cross-pollinate Event Flowers even after the event has ended.

As always, keep an eye out on the Events and Content Updates page to keep up to date with all that’s happening in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp!
