Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer getting free DLC at launch in Europe

Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer is a spin-off of the Animal Crossing series, in which you have to design homes for your animal friends, but also public facilities and more. It comes out this Friday in North America (on September 25th), but in Europe, fans will have to wait an additional week (until October 2nd) before being able to play it.

Previous Animal Crossing games got plenty of free DLC after launch, and it looks like Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer will be no exception. Yesterday, Nintendo announced that Louie would be available at launch in Europe, on October 2nd. But he will not come alone, as he will bring some additional items with him:

  • Block
  • Bullet Bill cannon
  • 1-up mushroom
  • Fire Flower
  • Louie’s portrait
  • Star
  • Yoshi’s egg
  • Mushroom

AC Happy Home Designer DLC 1Nintendo didn’t say when Louie and the additional items would be available in North America, but it would be surprising if they were not also released on launch day (this Friday)!
