Miiverse: August 19th update (all versions)

Yesterday, Nintendo updated Miiverse for the first time after the major redesign in July. This update comes with two changes, which impacts the Wii U / Nintendo 3DS versions and the Wii U / Nintendo 3DS and Web versions respectively. Nothing really groundbreaking was added, but the changes are still pretty neat for frequent users!

Here’s the list of changes:

Wii U and Nintendo 3DS

• You can now post screenshots to the “Drawing” section of a community, via the “Screenshot Album”. From the “Screenshot Album”, pick up a screenshot, select “Post With This Screenshot”, and then chose between the “Play Journal” or the “Drawings” sections.

Wii U / Nintendo 3DS / Web

• In the “Discussion” section of a community, you can now chose to see only Open discussions using a new filter (available from the top right of the pink bar).
