Behind-the-Scenes
The Pokémon Company have announced that The Art and Making of Pokémon Detective Pikachu will be released on May 21st in the United States. It will feature various bits of Behind the Scenes details about the movie, including those shared via Twitter yesterday:

Playground
Yesterday, the Playground app (an AR app for Android devices) received a special Playmoji pack based on the Pokémon Detective Pikachu. You can bring up Detective Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Charizard, and Mr. Mime in the “real world” and take AR Photos with them.
In order to use this Playmoji pack, you need the following:
- install ARCore by Google (if it’s not already on your device. Only compatible with certain devices using Android 7.0 or more recent)
- install Playground
- install the Playmoji Pack

Snapchat
A Pokémon Detective Pikachu filter for Snapchat is now live. To get it, you need to scan the following SnapCode:
Doing so will allow you to use the filter, though only for one hour. It adds Detective Pikachu’s hat, tail, and ears, and it unleashes a thunderbolt if you open your mouth.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon – Zeraora distribution (Australia)
A new Pokémon distribution is now live in Australia, and it allows players to get Zeraora for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. To get it, simply head to the nearest EB Games Store before May 26th!
