Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate: March DLC pack live, overview video

As announced this week-end during IGN’s NVC Podcast, the March DLC pack for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is finally live, in both Europe and North America. It contains several new quests, items, armors, weapons and more: the Link weapons and costumes are some of the goodies included this month!

If you want a full rundown on what’s included in the March DLC pack, Capcom has uploaded an overview video explaining what players will find in this pack:

Here is what you get:

– 14 new quests;
– 11 new weapons (including the winners of the Weapon Design Contest: Emperor’s Speech and Clockwork; but also Link’s Sword & Shield, and Bow)
– 4 complete armor sets (8 if you count Blademaster AND Gunner, including Link’s armor) plus the 3 Fan Club pieces;
– 2 Palico armor sets;
– 1 Palico weapon;
– 1 Bonus Palico: Calico Red;
– 2 Guild Card backgrounds;
– 1 Guild Card pose;
– 9 Guild Card titles;
– 1000 Caravan Points;
– The Universal Studios Japan gear.

In Japan, Capcom releases new downloadable content every odd week or so, but in the West, the company has decided to do things slightly differently: a new DLC pack will be made available on the first Friday or every month. They haven’t told how long they’re planning to do so, but japanese players already got quite a few DLCs already, and those just keep on coming… From the looks of it, players in Europe and North America certainly are not going to run out of things to do in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate any time soon!
